Dr. Haile provides treatment for adolescents, adults, and families with the following concerns: 

Depression: depression, mood changes related to a medical condition, postpartum depression

Anxiety and Stress: generalized anxiety and worry, panic attacks, social anxiety/shyness, stress management, health related stress

Traumatic Stress: posttraumatic stress disorder, physical or sexual assault, domestic violence, childhood abuse, complex PTSD

Relationship Difficulties:  improving communication, assertiveness training, conflict resolution, caregiver stress, healing attachment injury

Life Difficulties: grief and loss, burnout, life transitions, acculturation difficulties, infertility

Other: parenting, work/life balance, coping with chronic illness, cancer patients/survivors, highly sensitive individuals (HSP)


Please note that I do not currently work with individuals who have experienced a recent suicide attempt or are actively self harming. 

Dr. Haile has been trained in and draws from a number of evidence-based treatments including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure & Response Prevention (E/RP), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP).
