Dr. Haile provides treatment for adolescents, adults, couples, and families with the following concerns:

Anxiety and Stress: generalized anxiety and worry, obsessive compulsive disorder, panic disorder/panic attacks, social anxiety/shyness, stress management, health related stress
Traumatic Stress: posttraumatic stress disorder, acute stress reactions, physical or sexual assault, domestic violence, childhood abuse, complex PTSD
Relationship Difficulties: improving communication, conflict resolution, caregiver stress, codependency, social skills training, assertiveness training
Life Difficulties: grief and loss, infertility, work burnout, life transitions, acculturation difficulties
Other: highly sensitive individuals, coping with medical illness, cancer patients and survivors
Dr. Haile has been trained in and draws from a number of evidence-based treatments including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Exposure & Response Prevention (E/RP), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Prolonged Exposure, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Motivation Enhancement Therapy, and Seeking Safety.
